"My policy was transferred to Stan’s office a while ago. Maybe 4 years? I’ve not heard a word of “Thank you for your business! Just a call. I now have a claim. 5/27 was my claim. My agent has not cared to call, after his staff said he would. I worked for a the First SF agent in Shelby co years ago. If Anyone had a claim, they received a call or a visit. My agent cared. .Actually that is the job. That is how I expect things to be done. Maybe I should find another agent. His Office personal is great. But Stan is the Agent and I am paying premiums that are asked from me. Do your job."
